These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CodeWithRomi LLC ("StudyHustle", "we", "us") governing your use of the StudyHustle app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use StudyHustle. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
StudyHustle helps you turn your own notes, documents, and topics into summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and study plans using artificial intelligence, and helps you organize courses, assignments, and study sessions. Certification ("CertHustle") study content is provided for general study support and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Amazon, Microsoft, or Google).
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
StudyHustle offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Premium").
A free tier is offered subject to usage limits (for example, a limited number of AI generations per day), which we may change.
You retain ownership of the materials you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate study tools). You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that doing so does not infringe any third party's copyright or other rights. Do not upload copyrighted materials (such as paid study guides, textbooks, or question banks) that you do not have the right to use.

The Service uses AI to generate study material. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. It is provided for study support only and is not professional, academic, medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying important information.
The Service, excluding Your Content, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial study.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeWithRomi LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or grades, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are between you and CodeWithRomi LLC only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or StudyHustle will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the changes.
